At Oxford Car Storage, we provide secure automotive storage solutions tailored to your needs. Be it a classic car, supercar or retro hot-hatch, we offer our service to all those seeking to preserve their pride and joy. Below are the two main options provided, which can be altered to clients tastes.

Standard Storage includes:

• £180 per calendar month plus VAT (£200 pcm for winter storage)

• Basic storage in our dry and secure facility

• Connection to a battery conditioner

• Fully comprehensive insurance up to £100,000 per car is included (additional cover quoted for pro rata)

Storage Plus includes:

• £230 per calendar month plus VAT. (Annual storage only)

• Includes all the features of Standard Storage.

• Premium storage inside an AirChamber tent, which provides a protective bubble for your pride and joy that circulates 50,000 litres of air per hour. The main advantage of this system over others is that it is a self-supporting structure, and will not collapse on your car when opened.

MOtorcycle storage:

• £100 per calendar month plus VAT

Included in the monthly storage fee for both options

Daily inspection

• Check on the car, storage facility and test security system.

Fortnightly inspection

• Check battery conditioner.

• Drip tray inspection.

• Your car is rolled forwards and/or backwards to prevent flat spotting on tyres and bearings.

Monthly inspection

• Fluid levels and tyre pressures checked.

• Your car is started and run up to temperature, monitoring oil pressure & engine temperature and moved to check mechanical components.

• Your car is returned to its storage bay, battery conditioner reconnected and cover returned where applicable.

• Monthly dry runs at owners request.

Easy Access to your Vehicle

• Access to your vehicle whenever you require, 7 days a week.

• No additional charges for collection, unlike most storage facilities.

Oxford Car Storage Terms & Conditions 2023

The owners of Oxford Car Storage agree to store the car until such time as the owners of the car remove it permanently or the agreement becomes invalid for any other reason.

Payment of the storage fee is normally to be made a minimum of one month in advance, unless otherwise agreed, and paid monthly by Standing Order thereafter.

One months’ notice in writing is required to terminate the agreement.

The car may not be removed until any arrears have been paid.

The owners of Oxford Car Storge reserve the right to dispose of the car in order to cover outstanding arrears after 6 months of non-payment and after one calendar months’ notice has been given to the car owners in writing.

Any increase in rental will be notified in writing to the car owners at least 1 month in advance.

No refunds are given for unused periods.

Any change of ownership of the car must be notified to the owners of Oxford Car Storage.

It is not permitted to use the premises for the sale of the car

The car must be disposed of off-site

In the performance of this contract of bailment the proprietor will at all times act with due diligence in providing storage.

The proprietor excludes in so far as the law permits all liability for loss or damage howsoever caused.

Two days notice must be given before collecting the car to take it off-site and returning it.

A set of keys are to be left with the site owners in order that the car can be repositioned as necessary. The proprietor is covered with a fully comprehensive motor trade policy specifically designed for car storage, underwritten by Aviva, and for damage & theft of the vehicle whilst in storage at Oxford Car Storage. Vehicles valued up to £100,000 are covered with the standard storage fee and those over that value must be covered by an additional, pro-rata premium.

Connection to a battery conditioner is mandatory and included in the fee (owner supplied or available for £80)
